Description
This is that the ocean looks like with a tropical system sitting just off coast! It was either tropical storm Isabel or Hurricane Isabel and the ocean was very angry. For me, growing up across the beach, it was exciting and we always went on the beach or Boardwalk to soak it all in. As I recall, we had a close brush with this storm but not a hit. i got my shots so for me that's what mattered. We didn't need the whole storm...just some waves.
