Artist's Description
This is about as close as I can get to Mayflower beach in Dennis, Massachusetts, on beautiful Cape Cod. I have photographed this scene many times in the past, and wish I could just get out of the car and walk to the beach, but I can't so I have to enjoy the view and just keep wishing. On this particular day, it wasn't quite a beach day. The clouds and occasional rain kept most people off the beach, but I thought the blue clouds and that white sand made for a nice composition. I hope you like it too.
